BTW the airline was banned in The Netherlands following a suprise chack by what's called the SAFA (Safety Assessment Foreign Aircraft) team at Luxor's first flight from AMS. Untill the alter a few things they're not wellcome

Actually LJ, I think (though I am definitely not sure) that Strasbourg or Brussels recently passed some text forbidding any company banned by a member to fly in the entire EU. Text passed after the Flash Air crash, and that wouldn't have helped back then because Flash Air was banned... in Switzerland.
