I've flown Air Baltic on the
RIX- CPH ( RJ-70) and RIX-PRH (F50) route. Service is simple but good (as they are a SAS subsidiary). The F50 is quite comfortable, at least for a propliner.

CPH- RIX- CPH last summer on their RJ-70s. The flight departs and arrives on time. You get a cold snack and a tea/coffee. But that's about it. Just an ordinary airline.
If you're staying in Riga, enjoy your stay. Very nice city!!!
