These flights are code shared with American Airlines, so as long as you are flying under an AA flight number, you are guaranteed to earn miles. If you are on an EI flight number, the following link may be useful. It shows what classes an EI FF can earn miles in, and I presume it is the same vice versa:

Will, did you get an eMail confirmation or an itinerary by eMail? Usually you can find something in there - the other possibility would be, depending on what CRS your flight was booked on, you could look it up through the respective website (www.checkmytrip.com for Amadeus, www.viewtrip.com for Galileo, don't know if there is something for Sabre): these sites usually also display the actual booking class.
Otherwise, if you've got a paper ticket, the booking class is on there - just depends what type of ticket you've got... if it's a paper ticket, and if you've got a scanner, you could just scan it in and send it as jpg-file to me by eMail (you can contact me through my profile) and I'll have a look at it (if you want).
