Just a heads up for anyone interested. A new TLC reality show called "Now Who's the Boss" will be featuring Song and Song President John Selvaggio stepping out of the office and working the frontlines, covering everything from ticket agent to flight attendant to ramp agent, even emptying a 757 lav in $300 loafers. Sounds like it will be a good show to catch.
"Now Who's the Boss" Will show tonight 5MAy04 at 10pm ET on The Learning Channel (TLC).

Otto...thanks for the "heads-up"!! I would have been watching a Law & Order rerun if you hadn't noticed!! Comes on at 8P MDT here in El Paso, and looks like it will be worth watching.

Mike

I wish I could be a flight attendant as quickly as he became one. I recognize The flight attendant Chris Porta, I used to work with her at another company.

It has been my experience that customers pretty much want to be left alone. Unless they start the conversation, they want to do their own thing without all the chit-chat. You can tell the ones that want to talk, they generally start the conversation.
