WN And HP's 'NEVADA' Aircraft

These special Nevada aircraft have similar livery. Why?

Is this the colors of Nevada state flag?

Where does the phrase "BATTLE BORN" come from?

Do the other state themed aircraft of both airlines incorporate the state flags colors?

I would love to know myself, I am a part time resident of Nevada and should be a full time resident in 5-6 years. I think it is the most beautiful state! Those liverys are HOT!!

Yes it is taken from the Nevada state flag.
Nevada came to be a state during the US Civil War in 1864, thus 'Battle Born'.

Yes many other themed planes carry Flags- WN's
Lone Star One for TEXAS  Smile
Cali One
New Mexico One
Arizona one
and HP's Ohio aircraft are some that resemble flags.
