As part of it's eastern expansion, Quikair, which recently launched an Ottawa-Kitchener route, will soon add Montreal-Kitchener on May 31st. Two flights will be offered each business day. This is the first time anyone will have ever offered direct YUL-YKF service.

QuikAir was an arm of Alberta Flight Charters (dba ALTA Flight Charters) and suspended operation. With flights between Calgary and Edmonton Municipal. Alberta Flight Charters has bases is both locations.

Just like on the YOW-YKF run, YUL-YKF will see J31s too. This route should do well. The Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge-Guelph area has a population of around 400,000. It's about time the get some air service.
