American Airlines is the largest carrier at Port Au Prince, with year-round flights to Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and New York City/JFK and seasonal flights to Boston.
Copa, Dutch Caribbean, Air France (to MIA and FDF, not CDG), Air Canada, and Air Jamaica also fly there.

I was in Port Au Prince in December; we flew AA (an A300 out of Miami), but while we were waiting in the airport, an Air France jet flew in--I believe it was an EJ145 (definitely a regional jet). ...also, two AA 737-800's flew in and out (from FLL). Air Canada flies 763's into Port Au Prince...I just checked a trip leaving May 18th from Montreal to Port Au Prince...it's on a 763 and returns May 22nd on a 319, so obviously they fly the Airbus in there as well. However, it's one heck of an expensive ticket, though non-stop. You can fly Lynx air from FLL to Cap Hatien (on the northern side of Haiti) as well. AA doesn't fly to Cap Hatien at this point...probably too dangerous; I don't know.
