Will Nordic Airlink Cancel ARN-GOT?

I just wanted to check fares on ARN-GOT with Nordic Airlink but I only saw that there were no flights available on either date where I checked.
In one of my previous threads regarding the Swedish Lowcost airlines a fellow a.net member said that ARN-GOT was their weakest route.
Does anybody have more information regarding this route?
I wanted to book a ARN-GOT-ARN combination with FlyMe and Nordic Airlink, but it looks as if it won't be possible anymore...

Thanx in advance,
Max

I have not heard anything official that Nordic will suspent operation. But yes the load is not to good on the route due to the competition. As a matter of fact Fly Me has better loadfactor than Nordic. But I think that Nordic will have a summer break and resume again in september.
However Fly Me will have a daily flight all days all summer.

You may be right. There are no flights listed in SABRE either after June 25th.

Well no wonder why FlyMe has better loads. You can save a buck or two by flying with them. Nordic=255 kr Flyme=195 kr.

Mischa.

I dont think that the price have so big impact on the load as you say Mischadee, I think its more related to the frequense of flying. Nordic has 6 daily and Fly Me 4 daily.

Many take the train instead, X2000 is fairly speedy..

yeah, I was going to say about the x2000, makes it easier for passengers to get from a city centre to another. Besides the journey on the X2000 is much more scenic and fun too.

How much is a ride on the X2000 and how long does it take?

Well with that you can save a few kr with the entry price but it all depends how many tickets FlyMe sells for 195 SEK and how many Nordic for 255 SEK.

And if FlyMe works like Germanwings than in at the latest one-years-time they will advertise with 195 kr but in the end it will be next to impossible to get such a cheap fare for the flight you have/want to take...

To get the chepest tickets with Fly Me you have to book at least 1 month in advance. The x2000 takes around 4 hours and the flight takes 40min. I dont know the price of the X2000 maybe somone can help you.
