I am taking a LH 3189 flight this week, but have a strange thing happening to my seat.
According to my reservation I have seat 6A. But according to Lufthansa website seat maps such seat does not exist - seats go row 1,2,3,4,5 and then jumps to 15. In two reservation systems seats go row1,2,3,4,5,6, and then row 15. Can anyone comment on this? Will I show up in the airport and there will be no 6 row?

Two words: Aircraft change? Maybe it occured that your type of equipment was changed after your booking (changes in the LH "Umlaufplan" leg-schedule)? Maybe they switched to A321 and haven't noted that down in their Amadeus (however I can't imagine that, that's where changes apply first).
However, I'm sure they won't bump you

The funny thing is that I am flying on Wend. and it's A300 (actually take this flight very often and never had A300) and it does show row 6 in the reservation system and shows seating of 2/2/2 which is for A300 otherwise for A321 should have been 2/2

Seating config. on the A300 in C-Class is 2-3-2 and on the A321 2-3 (on intra-european flights but anyway, there is indeed no row 6 on the A300 so maybe you should call LH to make sure you´ll get your window seat.
But one thing is really strange! according to LH the Airbus 300 WITHIN germany is equipped with a row 6, you can clearly see it on the map, but at row 6 is the lavatory and/or galley located-no seats at all! so no such row available... I guess: SURPRISE!
