I was just wondering has anyone on A.net flown on one of the new 774s with the new 777-style, signature interior? And if so are there any pictures? How is it compared to other widebodies? I tried to do a search on A.net but couldn't pull up anything.

I think they must be awesome. The B744 is such a sweet aircraft to begin with, but then add the cabin from the B777. I cant wait to fly the QANTAS B747-400ER someday, I missed it by only a few months.

I think (a big think) that only the Qantas 744ER's have them (being that they are ER's), maybe some of the newer 744's might too. I don't know for sure.

YES!
I flew in Air France 747 400`s before receiving the 777 style lockers. No PTV`s and a nice but cramped interior in economy. Business OK. Next time I flew in a revamped aircraft and a much better experience I had in economy including PTV. LAst time I flew with them in Business but I was told that AF is revamping all aircraft with new seats and other bits. I saw a photo of a 340. NICE!!!!

I went on a 744ER with QF before. It is OK, but nothing really special (just hte new ceilings and bins. I heard Upper Deck is different as well, but as I was in F Class, didn't get a chance to see it (Strange rule when they said if you are not seated in the Upper deck, you can't go up).
I hope QF is upgrading their F Class, it is starting to show its age....

Well, I haven't done the 744, but I did do a Continental 767-400 a couple months back on a flight from Orlando to Houston and the new style interior makes the "not so wide" widebody feel much more comfortable and specious. So I can imagine that a 744 interior with 777 tweaks would seem like a concert hall.

WOW...Cool, Futuristic Pix...I am trying to view pix of United's Ted Airlines on this website, but under the search for pix area, Ted is not on the airlines list, but, quite logically, United is listed...Does one just have to search for Ted photos within the United picture list? Any suggestions and assistance is much appreciated...Thanks, in advance.

Regarding armrests:
They are actually small ones in the picture. Not too sure how far they go to the front, but it does not look to uncomfy, if you lay your arms on them and fold them in front of your belly... what do you think?
