AP Uses A.net Photo In Kerry Article

What gets me is, under the photo on the article it says, AP Photo, WTF, did they even get this photog's permission first, and even if they did, I see no credit to the photog anywhere.

Maybe the person who submitted the photo to a.net works for AP. I would hope they had permission of some sort.

Perhaps the Associated Press purchased the photo from the photographer; in this case, they own it (based on the contract signed between the AP and the photographer.) But if they own the photo, they can take the credit for it.

Bush also had a 757 in 2000. I think it was wet-leased from North American.
