There's an article in today's El Nuevo Día newspaper about a new Puerto Rican airline that's going to be called "Línea Aérea Puertorriqueña" ("Puerto Rican Air Line") and hopes to start operating charters to Miami and New York by December of this year. Their fleet with consist of 727s.

Interesting, thanks for the link. Mark this one down for the books. There was another airline called "Puerto Rico Airways" planning almost identical services back in '00/'01 but, like so many of them, never got off the ground.
