All White 747-200 RR Powered In PHX?

Flying in last night from DFW, there is an all white B747-200 Rolls Royce powered airplane parked on the North side where AF1 would park. Anyone know who's it is??? Nice looking bird! Or is it on the way to storage??

I have seen that plane here before like back in 2000 or so. It was parked where it is now. I always liked to imagine that it was a charter flight loaded with some ultra rich Saudi royal family on a vacation and shopping spree or some such. We do get a lot of them here, you know.


If wishes were horses, a Tail Dragger I would fly...
