A Japanese court has ordered Taiwan's China Airlines to pay $US1.6 million in damages to the family of a man killed in a 1994 crash, which claimed the lives of 263 others passengers. The Court dismissed a damages claim against Airbus. The victim's family said the plane had design flaws which led to the crash at Nagoya Airport.
