I love the BA and CX ones... if those are real, where can one find them? I'm guessing they'd be like promo gifts for high-ranked frequent flyers or maybe onboard shop items...

Seems like a joke right? But I am sure that they are for a real promotion campaign of converse in japan. These items should be (I don't know how to read japanese) the gift for lucky draw. At converse japan website, you can still see the 6 airline logos on it.
