China has banned all CIS charter Freight because of recent crashes of CIS operated airlines flights. The ban will remain in force till the airlines undergo additional certification in accordance with Chinese Civil Aviation rules. Extra cargo flights have also been banned. just to re-iterate, only CHARTER cargo flights were banned with the exception of Volga-Dnepr and Aeroflot's western aircraft. Regular cargo flights from all CIS airlines will continue as normal. Passenger flights are not affected in any way...
