It looks like Virgin are changing the 340-600 to 340 300 on this route pretty soon.
So if you havent seen one yet. make a quick visit to IAD they arrive at 14.40 and depart 19.00 both times local

I believe it to be that they're also increasing frequency.

No! Do you know how much longer it is going to be until they changed to the 34-3? I am going to down to IAD in late July to meet up with a bunch of a.netters. This stinks. Thanks for the info.

Relax chaps!  Smokin cool

The current plan is for a 343 on Tue/Wed/Thu for the summer season but Mon/Fri/Sat/Sun will still be 346.

Incidentally the extra service VS55/56 starts today...it'll be a 343 op on Wed/Fri/Sun eta 2320 etd 0725 the following day.

Cheers

YES!.. Great news Airchabum.. I'm sure the guys going to IAD on the 29th of July (including myself) will be very pleased with still seeing the A346!

Caution wake turbulence, you are following a heavy jet.

Airchabum
So VS 21/22 will still be 346 in Oct for all the flights?, and the 343 changes are just for the summer season, which ends?

Thanks
and sorry for being so thick on asking the questions!!!

Silverfox

Sorry I should've been more specific... 'summer season' goes upto clock change which is 31st Oct I think. So it'll be a 346 on Mon/Fri/Sat/Sun until then. I'm not at work at the mo but I believe VS21/22 is planned to be a daily 343 from then onwards, although these things have a habit of changing!

Cheers

Hi Silverfox

Yes that's the situation as it stands at the moment, but check nearer the time as there tends to be a lot of switching around of capacity at short notice!

Cheers
