...where do you park at Heathrow, if you drive, and if you take a coach where do they drop you off?
Depends really, if you arrive by car then you park the car at the short stay/long stay car park, or the drop-off zones outside the terminals. The coaches arrive at the drop-off points at the terminals or the central bus station located in the middle of T1, T2, and T3.

...in all technicality, no
Well with your username giver on the 23 west-shoulder, and a newly constructed holding pad/run on the east-shoulder, don't think 23 will be active for quite a while . . .

Just out of curiosity . . .
We were talking about a new terminal at LGA this week and the point was brought up that with or without an expanded terminal, LGA is at capacity in terms of the number of takeoffs and landings. The only expansion possible would be through larger aircraft.
Now on to LHR . . . I was also under the impression that LHR is pretty much at capacity all day long in terms of takeoffs and landings. And since most aircraft are widebodies, how does the U.K. plan to actually make room for expansion without new runways? The new terminal plans look phenomenal, but is it really enough?
