I'd say its a Lufthansa A346 on flight LH526 via Buenos Aires.

It is definitely an Airbus Widebody.. A330 or 340. The engine is gray so I am thinking that it is probably LH.

The engine(s) are too large to belong to a 343. I agree with the others here that it appears to be a LH 346.

Ill agree on the A340-600 statement.the 1 window to the right of the narrow door only exists on the 600.
