What are all the Hubs for all the different airlines in the USA

American:
DFW: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
United: Chicago, IL
U.S. Airways: Philadelphia, PA
T.W.A.: St. Louis, MO
America West: Phoenix, MO
Southwest: Dallas (Love Field) [I think]
Northwest: Minneapolis/ St Paul, MN

Eastwind, the Bee-Line (regional eastcoast carrier): Trenton, NJ
Frontier (rocky mountain carrier): Denver, CO
Gulfstream (regional carrier): Miami, FL
Hawaiian Airlines (obvious?, yes): Honolulu, HI
Midway Airlines(Central Eastcoast): Raleigh-Durham, NC
Midwest-Express (Midwest carrier, goes all over U.S. though): Milwaukee, WI and Omaha, NE

Sunjet (Vacation/charter/discount, etc): Somewhere in NY or NJ. (Their website is a bit vague).
Tower Air, Inc (or: YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE OLD, WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE OUR FLEET!): New York, NY JFK
Vanguard (discount Midwest U.S. carrier): Kansas City, KS

Since we're on the subject of hubs in Europe... Helsinki-Vantaa (HEL) is the hub of Finnair. (well duh)

US Airways also has hubs at Charlotte and Pittsburgh.
