Visiting Gate Area Of ATA To Pick Up Aunt

Hey everyone! My Aunt is flying down from IND to visit us here in Orlando for a few days in about 2 weeks. The thing is, although she is only 53 ( I say "only" in the sense that she isn't elderly ), she tends to get lost easily and has never been to Orlando Airport! She is flying in on Flight 437 from IND on ATA. Do you think ATA will allow me to get a gate pass and pick her up from the gate. I could understand if this was Indianapolis where all you gotta do after you get out of the plane is walk straight forward. But at MCO, you gotta make a few turns, follow signs ( She's not very oriented in following directions ), and then hop on a monorail to the main terminal. This may be just a LITTLE too complicated for her I'm afraid. So what should I do? Think they'll allow it? Any ATA employees have any idea? I guess it kinda depends on the discretion of the ticket agent. Thanks!

Ask at the ticket counter for a gate pass. All you can do is ask, it is a 50/50 chance of them saying yes or no.

Ask for a "Meet and assist." They will have someone escort her out. It's no big deal at all. Getting through without a ticket is questionable. I'm not sure how they handle that.

I give out gate passes next to never, but it looks like Fly_ATA is in a charitable mood. I'd take his advice to drop him a line.

For people who need assistance airline or airport staff will provide if asked and escort them to the arrivals hall.
Works just fine for the rest of the world...

Forgive me for caring for my Aunt. I'm sure she'd eventually make it but is it a crime for me to want her to make it to the car and heading to my house a little quicker?
