United MileagePlus Lufthansa/Cityline Credit?

Will I get UA Mileage Plus credit for flying on Lufthansa/Cityline? I'm flying Chicago-Frankfurt(United)//Frankfurt-Florence(Lufthansa/Cityline). I think the Florence flight is technically operated by Air Dolimiti, so it's a codeshare for Lufthansa.

Anybody know if I get MP credit?
