Also Air Alliance known as Air Georgian operates B1900 on the east coast between
YHZ and YYG, YSJ, YQM, YFC and maybe there are other routes which I am not aware of.

YHZ, but they are predominately based out of YYZ, flying many regional routes for Air Canada as a tier three operator, as was mentioned above.
