Id like to know what to expect from them on this route
Expect a full meal service, specifically breakfast, as the flight departs JFK in the morning. Two movies will be shown in the flight, and the trip in general should be just fine.
and id also like to know how the load factor is looking like.
Judging by the fact that AV will operate a second daily flight (757) to JFK from BOG during the mid-time season, I imagine that the route has had good demand for the following couple of months.

I've taken the flight from BOG to JFK on AV once it was completely full, a very good meal service and one movie, however when I flew with them, june 1999, the flight departed at 4:00pm from BOG and now that flight departs almost at midnight; on the JFK-BOG leg I've flown twice, both on clase ejecutiva, the first time was in July 1999 and there was a breakfast and two movies, the last time was last december and they only broadcasted one movie, but service is very good. All flights were 100% full.

I think I got the idea wrong, and I was talking about the JFK-BOG flight, and not the BOG-JFK flight (which is the one you are taking).
The outbound flight from BOG, departs, as another user just said, around 11:30 p.m. (23:30). So you should be in the airport in the early evening.
The flight arrives to the Big Apple at dawn, around 6:00.
The service is quite similar in both legs, the only thing that I believe is different, is the fact that the BOG-JFK segment they show only one movie, while in the southbound flight they show two.
