Hi!

I am visiting AB) (FRA / FRF / EDDF), Germany">FRA next august. Are there many "special scheme" aircrafts to photo?

Thank You!

Well I don't know just how much is "many"...I've seen on a more or less regular basis:

- the Formula one design on Quantas 744
- Wunala was here, too, but the new is pretty rare, if at all
- Star Alliance design on many LH and a few other alliance aircraft
- very colourful SAA...743 I believe it was
- several visits by CX Spirit of Hongkong
- ANA Pokemon

and quite a few more but I can't remember them all.

I know it's only VfB but I like it!

Note that (apart from the Star Alliance stuff) only ANA Pokemon still exists  Big thumbs up

The "new" Wunala is an ER so it does barely visit Europe (I have seen it in LHR but I don't think there are any pictures from Frankfurt on the db)...Ndizani has retired, Formula 1 as well, B-HOX has been repainted (it still visits Frankfurt though  Big thumbs up)
If you are very very lucky, you might catch a Gulf Air special Airbus, but I seen them here at LHR everyday nearly, often both, and there are some recent pictures of them from HGK, too, so you have to be very lucky to see one in Germany.
Thai's TGO and TGJ don't come to LHR at all...they seem to fly the Australian sectors, and sometimes the ZRH, but not in the last months. Do they fly to Frankfurt?

Unfortunately Ndizani has been withdrawn from service, she was a regular visitor to Frankfurt.
