Thursday night, a man somehow managed to get into the passenger lounge at YHZ, without a boarding pass or ticket and had some kind of weapon and tried to board a flight to BOS
RCMP basically have no idea how it happened.
I do not understand how things like this can still happen after all the increases in security, if he managed to get past security, he was only one step away from getting onboard the aircraft and then who knows what could have happened.

This isn't a very comforting fact. All the time there are newspaper articles talking about people, often drunk, somehow getting through security or into planes.
