Well, the biggest intl route in terms of frequency is ATL-YYZ with 13 daily nonstops (6 AC, 7 DL). I highly doubt it's the largest from a capacity standpoint since the largest gauge of those 13 flights is the 732.
I dumped at the gybe mark in strong winds when I looked up at a Porter Q400 on finals. Can't stop spotting.

AM to CUN and MEX, AF to CDG, KE to ICN, SA to JNB and CPT with a stop in JNB, AC to MBJ.
