Florida West is a small cargo carrier based at MIA. They fly primarily from MIA to South America.

They actually have a web site but I can't get it to work right now. I can't imagine what they were doing at RDU. That is far afield from their typical ops.

The company has operated B-707s and DC-8s in the past. I believe Lan Chile owns a minority stake in the carrier.

Gemini Air Cargo one day and Florida West International the next? Seems like RDU is becoming a "Raleigh" interesting airport.
