How 'bout state capitals WITH service to WAS since I think the "withs" far outnumber the "withouts"?

Pretty much most state capitals lack non-stop WAS service (* indicates service to BWI): MGM, JNU, LIT*, Dover DE, TLH, HNL, BOI, SPI, DSM, Topeka KS, Frankfort KY, BTR, AUG, Annapolis MD (arguably Washington metro), JAN*, Jefferson City MO, HLN, LNK, Carson City NV, Concord NH, TTN, SAF, BIS, OKC, SLE, MDT, PIR, AUS*, Montpelier VT, MSN, CYS.

JMC, I am ashamed of myself. My roommate is from very close to Santa Fe, and I still put down ABQ as the capital.
A few corrections and notes...
MDT has UA Express service to IAD (looks like Transstates from the flight #s)
NW has an application pending for DSM-DCA to replace YX. They'll probably get the slots.
AUS has MQ service to DCA (2 daily on weekdays I think)

Um, no. The only nonstops AUS has to the DC area is a WN nonstop to BWI, and a United Express nonstop to IAD (but this may have been discontinued).

Albany, NY did have mainline USAirways nostop to National Airport. This has been discontinued. Now we are left with USAIrways and Southwest to BWI and United Express to IAD

Suprisingly BWI is almost equidistent to DCA as IAD 36 miles to BWI from DCA vs 34 miles to IAD... but IAD has the Dulles toll rode which is awsome.. as is the 2.50 metro express bus from Rosylin Metro to IAD more reliable and better schedules not to mention way cheaper then the washington flyer!!!

AUS technically has service to all three DC area airports:
AUS-IAD 2x daily on UA CR7s
AUS-BWI 2x daily on WN 737s
AUS-RDU-DCA 2x daily on AE ERJs beginning in October

Indeed... more State Capitals Without Nonstop WAS Service include:
Sacramento, CA
Carson City (Reno), NV
Olympia, WA
Salem, OR
Boise, ID
Helena, MT
Cheyenne, WY
Topeka, KS
Lincoln, NE
Santa Fe, NM
Juneau, AK
Montpelier, VT
Concord, NH
Augusta, ME
The list of state capitals with nonstop WAS (Reagan National and Dulles) service would indeed be considerably shorter than the list of those who do not, as suggested by MaverickM11.

OMG, what? Do you ever have to drive out there? Both the airport access road (cop infested, frequent closures) and the toll road (congested) are nightmares if you need to travel during normal flight times.
BWI has much better transportation options from the District, notably reliable rail service.

Didn't UA have a couple of flights from there back in the 1980's, just so it could claim 50-state service?
