I've just been looking Flytecomm and have noticed that at 6.33am a BA 772 from JFK landed at Bournemouth this morning. BOH does not have a scheduled service to JFK so can I only assume that this is a divertion of some kind?

Can anybody shed any light on this for me please?

Strange, actually I have no idea, but maybe bad weather? Maintenance?

Well there was no weather problem at LHR/LGW this morning, a bit showery but nothing serious.

As far as ba.com is concerned, all 7 JFK-LHR flights today landed pretty much on time.

Don't think BA have any maintenance going on at BOH, it's normally just wxr diversions for them down there.

I used to love the smell of Jet-A in the morning...

Good thinking, Rutankrd, as SOU's runway would be insufficient in length.

Thanks for the info Rutankrd, the travel company who organised the trip we're originally planning to use a Titan B752.

Wish I had known earlier so that I could have made a trip to BOH armed with my camera.
