Something Wrong With This Picture

Posted (10 years 5 months 3 weeks 3 days 16 hours ago) and read 6442 times:

I notice in this picture the man in the left seat (assuming he should be the Captain) has 3 stripes while the woman in the right seat (should be the First Officer) has 4 stripes on her shoulder pads. Is the Captain in for training? Can someone explain if I have just missed something.
