A very nice new found friend of mine was wondering what the two 2's after 777-200 were. I know that when you buy an a/c from Boeing that you get a customer # and I understand the whole system of placing the customer # after the a/c model (ex. UA 777-200/ER = UA777-222/ER) but what are all of the different airline customer #'s. But does anyone know where the entire list can be found that shows every airlines customer #. Or if any of you extra smart a.net members know a few off your head that'd be great! Thanks again for the help!!!

look out for a change of this system and a streamlining of the different quirks and modifications that particular airlines ask for with the 7E7.

Notice that the 7E7 variants will be called 7E7-3, 7E7-8 and 7E7-9, not 7E7-300, 7E7-800 and 7E7-900.

So wait if UA were to get a 7e7 it would be called a 7E7-3 not 7E7-322? And wasn't the 777 the 7X7 at first or was that the 767? Oh well but is there any chance that it might change to some number. Thanks again for that bit of info, its news to me! Thanks again!

Here are the Boeing airline codes for Southeast Europe

- Olympic Airways (3S), Greece
- Malev (Q8), Hungary
- Tarom (8J), Romania
- JAT Airways (H9), Serbia & Montenegro

Bulgaria Air and MAT Macedonian Airlines are also Boeing operators, however their aircraft are leased from Lufthansa and JAT, respectively.

AirLiban: It's still possible for Boeing to keep the system for the 7E7: 7E7-322 for UA, 7E7-8B4 for MEA etc. It's also possible that they will rename it the 787 but probably less likely the longer time passes from the launch date.
