I have just flown On Croatia Airlines from AMS-ZAG-ZAD, On AMS-ZAG there was no first or business class seats on the A319, it was all coach, did OU airlines remove all there first/business class on all their aircrafts? And if so what was the reason, Nobody buying first/business class seats?

There's really no need. A significant portion of Croatia's economy is dependent on tourism, and most of Croatia Airlines' destinations are on the Adriatic coast, where the traffic is mostly tourist, not business. Since business travelers buy most of the first/business class seats, there's really not much of a need for it on an airline such as OU.
By the way, can you tell me what you thought of OU otherwise? What aircraft did you fly? I am planning on going to Croatia in September and may be flying OU, but may just be flying to VCE and renting a car to take to Croatia. What's the airline like?

I have flown OU airlines plenty of times, I have flown on their old B737-200's, and their A320's, A319's and ATR-42's. OU is a good airline, good service, friendly staff, they have great potential, I dont know why its taking them so long to expand. They can definitly fill up a widebody aircraft from MAY-SEPTEMBER during tourist season. So far no problems with them, is this your first time goin to Croatia? Enjoy your trip.
