What Are "clean - Dirties"?

Someone from JetBlue wrote to someone from Air Canada about some
seat covers for an airplane and accidentally sent it to a Microsoft distribution list (about Exchange 2003). See below:

"....These are the covers that were missing. I used clean dirties to move
the aircraft. At this point in time I don't plan on stocking extras
and I won't go to the added hassle and expense for just two or three

Now everyone wants to know what "clean dirty seat covers" are too!? I can only imagine.

Clean dirties are probably covers that have no visibly stains but have not been cleaned. Only a guess though.
