Acording to www.justplanes.com:
13Jul Korean Air has inaugurated nonstop service from Seoul's Incheon Airport to St Petersburg. The airline operates 3 flights a week with an Airbus A330 departing Incheon on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
It is very good news for St Petersburg. They never had an Asian carrier, now they have got one. I am not sure however if they will have enough pax to fill the A330. Good luck anyways.

I'm honestly not sure. I don't know whether there is demand from LED-ICN, while LED-NRT seems more feasible on SU's 313s.
