I would like to know how aviation on the Iberian peninsular will look like in the future, especially in context of possible mergers and code-shares.

So far TP code-shares with IB between both countries while NI code-shares with JK. But at the end of this year TP and JK will be in star while IB will stay in oneworld. This new situation is in conflict to the actual one. Are there plans to sort out their relationships?

What will happen with NI? Will they move over to IB or will they merge into TP? Or is there even enough room for a second independent carrier in Portugal?
