last Friday (16th July), mid-afternoon, I saw an Easyjet 737 flying low over Woking, in Surrey UK- my guess is it was a no more than 3000ft.

Does anyone know what it was doing there? Woking is close to LHR, but EZ don't fly there and it appeared to be too low to be coming from LGW.

Was it diverted? Was there an incident? I would be very interested to know - it certainly seemed out of place!

Could it have been flying in to Farnborough?

I used to work in Woking and I remember when the An-225 was there a few years back, and took off mid-afternoon flying pretty low over Woking. I thought there was a solar eclipse!  Wow!

Bizboy - thanks very much for the info. I was foxed by it! Did not notice it was 319 - I assumed it was a 733. Thanks!
