Where did you get this from? I think these are not flights operated with IB metal but codeshares with MX due to their new partnership.
Can you clarify a bit more where you got these schedules?

Yes...I also think what MAH4546 says is correct.

An Iberia flight number with 4 digits starting with 7 means that the flight is operated by a partner airline.
