During the winter schedule KAL stopped it's scheduled passenger flights to AMS.

Anyone no, this summer they are going to AMS again? If yes, how is the schedule and which aircraft is going to fly on the route from ICN to AMS?

Thanks for your help

There is one thing I don't understand. Why does KE stop during Summer in AMS. I mean ZRH has during the winter 2 weekly KE turnaround flights. In the summer, there is a third one added as ICN-ZRH-AMS-ICN. When I checked the CRS last time, I only found a AMS-ICN leg in the CRS but no ICN-AMS on KE. Do they have oneway traffic, cargo or why to they fly a seasonal one weekly AMS flight?
I once heard, that Asiana (OZ) can't fly into AMS as long as KE does, could this be the reason?

KE has very strange schedules into AMS.

Some years ago they came in almost every day with B744s and even pax MD-11s but the last 2 or 3 years they fly A330s during only a few months a year. Sometimes a see a 'lost' A330 at the G-concourse @ AMS late in the evening, no idea how many pax they have on these flights but I think not that many.

I love to see KE @ my home airport and I think there is a great market for flights to Korea from AMS.

Many Korean Tourists are visiting Holland in the Summer, Also to see their soccer hero Guus Hiddink.

Yes the arriving KE flight from ICN makes a stop in ZRH.
Altough it has to be sold as a connecting flight from ZRH
