Can You Check In On-line For AA If You Have Bags?

i am flying AA for the first time in a while next week and was wondering if i could check-in on-line eventhough i will be checking bags.

Of course you can, its a lot easier.

You just have to check in normally online, then go and collect your boarding card from the self service kiosk or any of the check in / fast bag drop desks.

The proccedure for AA is the same as for BA.

If you check-in online at AA.com, you can proceed with your bags, and check them curbside with a skycap, or you can use a self-service machine to "check bags only." You of course also have the option of checking the bag in with an agent.
