Just thought I'd share this...I live about 20 miles due south of Boston. I'm staying home this week on vacation so I don't have to deal with the traffic jams in the afternoon this week because of the DNC. Anyway, I'm outside doing some work when I hear a jet flying overhead. Grabbed my binoculars--it was a KC-135--pretty rare around here. Then, trailing behind him maybe a half mile or so, was an F-16. The pilot was messing around a little bit, moving left and right, having a good time! Unfortunately they were headed east, out to sea, so I didn't get to see an aerial refueling in action. So, thanks to the DNC, I've already had a great spotting week, since those planes are never around here except for air shows.
Edit: They just came by again, and the F-16 was gassing up! Good times!

Wow, that must have been awesome. Keep your ears and eyes ready as I'm sure you heard about 8 F-16's will be patrolling all this week. Keep us up to date! How high was the KC-135 and F-16? Take it easy, Ed
