HH is the IATA code for Islandsflug. I have seen a 734 in Air Miles c/s operating for Islandsfug before, but it was at least 2 summers ago, so they are not a new carrier. I assume Air Miles is a Greek charter carrier with flights all operated by HH.

Use 737-400s operated by Islandflug. I believe Air Miles may be some sort of virtual airline, eg they sell seats on the a/c but do not actually operate the a/c, the a/c being operated by Islandflug crews.
