Actually, the computer systems at EDS were affected by an "unintentional user error". This caused AA and US to shut down flights for about 2 hours. AA stated that they are delays systemwide.

I heard about a American/American Eagle Computer Failure on the news this morning. They said pilots couldn't file flight plans etc.
