Is there such a website where I could find out the number of average daily passengers who go from any point A to any point B? If so, please let me know! Thanks!

Faremeasure.com is good for U.S. domestic trips and uses data from the DOT. However, this data is just a quarterly average, so on a route like LAN-IAD which has seen a lot of new service very recently, numbers might not be as accurate as you would like. On established routes (NYC-CHI or similar), the numbers are pretty good.
