There are sooo many variables, (how many gates, taxes, services rendered, etc.) it would be much easier to ask "How much is such and such an airline paying at such and such airport?". But then again that info is still so variable only a generalized ballpark figure could be offered. Only the airline and the airport authority know for sure!

Well, there are different rates for different types of space. In other words, an airline might pay one rate for their ticket counter, another rate for the operations office, and another rate for their gate areas. And don't forget the landing fees on top of that. Airport rents and fees account for something like 3% of an airline's total operational expenses.
