So I recently booked a trip on US from LGA-CMH Aug 31-Sept 1st. Yesterday I got a jury duty notice for Aug 30th, with a low number, meaning I'll probably get called on the 31st. So, will USAirways let me change my flight with out a fee?

Why don't you call the clerk of court or the judge's office and inquire before the 30th to avoid the guesswork and drama?
Sometimes what they will do is allow you to get out of this jury duty if you agree to serve on the next jury docket. Give it a shot. Let us know what happens.

Where I live, the jury summons has an area on the back of the form for an automatic 30 day extension. If you wish to change the date, just tick the box and return the form.
Just as your employer has to give you the time off with pay for jury duty, the airline HAS to allow you to reschedule at no cost, although they may request a copy of your jury summons.
