I will start with what I can think of:

Aer Lingus-1 or 2
AI-1 (LHR)
AA to LHR-5 or 6
ANA-1
AZ-2
British Airways-7 (6 to LHR, 1 to MAN)
CX-2 (HKG and Vancouver)
Emirates-1 (DXB)
JAL-1
Kuwait-1 (LHR, although it is not daily service)
Iceland Air-1 (KEF)
Singapore-1 (FRA)
Swiss-2
UAL to LHR-2
Virgin Atlantic-3 (all to LHR)

I will do some research on the rest.

Edit: Correction of AZ and Singapore

Let's see:

For BWIA, there's 1 to BGI and POS, 1 to ANU, BGI, and POS, 1 to POS and GEO, and 2 to POS (late night departures)

For Air Jamaica, in addition to the Jamaica flights, there's 1 to ANU and GND, and 1 to BGI and UVF.

There's also a TravelSpan daily departure to POS.

..and I don't think I saw anyone mentioned jetBlue to SDQ.  Smile

westindian425........If you don't see jetBlue to SDO....please refer again to post #7. AF022 did a fine job listing everything......Trijetfan1, the UA to LHR is included in that list as well.

Again, very fine job AF022. I noticed.

Stirling, sorry about that. I didn't notice that. My apologies, AF022.

That being said, I'd like to add that since the original post asked for daily departures, I will raise the point that some days have more international departures out of JFK than others. AF022 was wise to mention weekly departures as opposed to daily departures.

Correct, to GRU. I don't know if the service is daily or has fifth freedom rights.

Flights are:

JFK-FCO: 611 and 609

JFK-MXP: 605
