Believe or not, Aeropostal's german website (www.aeropostal.de) is updated quite often compared to Aeropostal main venezuelan website. With the help of altavista translator I managed to read one of their news, it says that Guayaquil's runway is under maintenance during Aug 11/Nov 11 from 20:00 to 08:00. This prevents Aeropostal from flying to Guayaquil, so the CCS-LIM flight is no longer stopping in Guayaquil.
I would appreciate if any german speaker here could translate the other news they have in the website

I guess it's an unavoidable move for them. I'm not quite familiar with GYE's traffic, but I guess that the proposed hour is just the right time to develope the upgrade plan without affecting the normal traffic. By that hour, for example, IB's GYE-MAD flight, is long gone. I believe that in night hours it would be mainly cargo flights those that would see a problem in operating.
Edit: Kind of funny and as a side note, IB's flight 6634 GYE-MAD departs Guayaquil at 19:55.
