I can tell you that it didn't have a Ted interior. Some aircraft are flying around in the Ted livery (you can see pics of Ted in Vancouver, Mexico City, Philly, etc. in the database) until they are reconfigured for Ted flights. Hell will freeze over before Ted flies to DCA.

I've been told that airliners like to hang around at airports; DCA being an airport, it sounds logical... Actually, friendlyskies is correct, I just couldn't resist. Friday humor. Typically DCA is not an LCC fiendly airport, but TED is still UA, and it is possible to see TED there in order to compete with Airtran, ATA, and Spirit. I think USair MetroJet had fair luck there back in the day, but I cant recall if that was DCA or IAD.
