Hi. I flew United 233 from IAD to PHX and the flight was just excellent. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to all the united employees out there and to wish them the best.

Glad to hear it!
I would also go to http://www.united.com and go to their customer service section, and there is a way to submit a compliment to them about your specific flight. Be specific as to what went well and what pleased you, that way they know what pax like and can help ensure more flights are like the one you just enjoyed.

Don't forget to purchase tickets via united.com, as they now charge for phone reservations (according to a Ted pamphlet I got, only 11% of UA mainline bookings were done online, and 21% for Ted).

CRJ Boy,
Should you really be thanking ALL United employess because, although your flight turned out to be "excellent", not all flights do. I am a dedicated United flyer and have had my share of positive and not so positive experiences with the airline. Naturally I take the bad with the good and continue to fly UA. However there are some UA employess out there who can learn a thing or two about customer service.
Yes, all the best to them but not all of them are, as you put it, "excellent".
Its better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air than be in the air wishing you were on the ground. Fly safe!

I just got off UA125and had fantastic FAs in business class (with one exception....definitly fit the "matron" description but moreso by attitude than appearance). Also a fantastic SD at ORD who checked me in and cleared my upgrade as well as SB for an earlier flight than originally planned. Two e-mails going to 1KVoice tonight

I flew on United to Japan recently and I was very pleased with the experience. I look forward to flying on them again.

Slightly off-topic, but I didn't want to start a thread because this question really doesn't warrant one. But, where do I send a copy of a boarding pass to get credit for miles on my Mileage Plus?

I travel weekly between ORD and EWR and have been
doing so for approximately 3 years. United is by far the
best choice in carriers. Their flight attendants are great
and their airplanes clean and groomed.
They have definately made a change and a positive one
to say the least.
Keep up the great work United and thanks for all those
wonderful flights.

Yes thank you United, thank you for making it so we only have two flights out of Phoenix that have a First Class cabin (the Mesa flight to LAX and the A319 to IAD). Thank you for making us all Ted so there are no free meals anymore. We REALLY appreciate it.
